Use of Service
Neuwelt grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal or internal business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the platform's data, signals, or classifications without prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract raw data from the platform in bulk. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation or the redistribution of signals as your own work.
AI-Generated Content
Neuwelt uses artificial intelligence to process, summarize, and classify financial content. By using the platform, you acknowledge that AI-generated outputs may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Nothing produced by the system should be relied upon without independent verification.
Pricing
Neuwelt may change its pricing at any time without prior notice. However, if you are an active subscriber, your price will never increase as long as your subscription remains uninterrupted. Cancel and resubscribe, and the founding rate no longer applies. Stay subscribed, and it is yours permanently.
Limitation of Liability
Neuwelt is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its outputs.
Account Termination
Neuwelt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if we determine that a user's conduct violates these Terms of Service, is abusive toward the platform or its team, or is otherwise misaligned with the spirit of what Neuwelt is built for. We are a small, independent product. We reserve the right to work with people who use it in good faith.
Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, signals, scoring methodology, and classifications on Neuwelt are the exclusive property of Neuwelt. Nothing on the platform may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.
Third-Party Content
Neuwelt aggregates and summarizes content from third-party sources. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or opinions of the original content creators. Attribution is provided where possible.
Privacy

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from the use of Neuwelt will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
